    Spartan Sprint  (Ride)
    Complete 48 Runs of 10 Kms each
    Spartan Super  (Ride)
    Complete 24 Runs of 20 Kms each
    Spartan Beast  (Ride)
    Complete 12 Runs of 50 Kms each

    • Login > My Account > Connect with STRAVA \\ Garmin Connect

    2. Manual Submission : All other Apps/Watches (Submit within 10 Days)

    • Login > My Account > Submit Activity > Fill the form > Save
